Shipping: All prices quoted are FOB San Diego, CA. All equipment will be shipped freight charges pre-paid or collect. At customer request, packing and crating for surface, air, or ocean transport may be arranged at an additional charge.

Warranty: 30 Day Limited Warranty. All equipment is sold with a guarantee that it is in operational condition, free from operational defects under normal laboratory use, for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer, and is complete as Seller described it. Warranty does not include expendable or short-wear items. In the event of an inadvertant operating defect, the Seller must be notified in writing within the 30 day warranty period. Any Unauthorized service voids this warranty. Seller's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or acceptance of return, at the sole option of the Seller.

Equipment returned for any other reason within the 30 day period will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. No equipment will be accepted for return without prior authorization. All repairs must be authorized in writing. NO EQUIPMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR REFUND BEYOND THE 30 DAY PERIOD AS STATED ABOVE.

The foregoing warranty is expressly made in lieu and in place and in stead of all other warranties express or implied including warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose and of any other liabilaity or obligation. The foregoing warranty shall not apply to any goods or parts which have been subject to improper installation, accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse.

Note: Installation, if required, training or additional accessories are the responsibility of the purchaser.

General: Scientific Equipment Exchange, Inc. makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to the fitness or suitability of any item sold for any particular purpose. The purchaser assumes the entire risk as to the use and results from any item sold. In the event of equipment return, Scientific Equipment Exchange, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for secondary or inconsequential damages and the Purchaser's sole remedy is limited by the return policy as stated above.
